Sometimes the life we want and the life we have are not the same. With proper support, however, there is a way to integrate reality with your hopes and goals. If you have had difficulties in your relationships, career, or daily life, I want to help you navigate a path toward integration and wholeness. I believe that with compassionate support and a curious look into one's thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and motivation, everyone is capable of change. My experience includes working with children, youth and adults who have experienced anxiety, family conflict, parenting difficulties, behavioral issues, grief, and divorce to name a few.

I utilize a strengths-based perspective with Solution Focused Therapy and Person- Centered Therapy. Together we will develop an integrative approach to wellness engaging the body, mind, relational, and spiritual aspects of the self.
